Mental Health & Substance Abuse Assessment & Evaluation services
Alpine Center’s clinical staff provides comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and referral services for psychiatric, mental health, and addiction disorders.
Aftercare & Support Groups
Alpine Centers provide lifetime support after completion of treatment through our free, weekly Aftercare Group. We also provide free support groups for those on medications such as Suboxone©, and a free Family and Friends Support Group for the loved ones of addicted clients.
Outpatient Treatment
Alpine Centers’ Outpatient Treatment Services are designed for those who struggle with addiction but must meet the demands of a busy lifestyle. Group and individual treatment sessions are tailored around your schedule. We have morning and evening sessions that are focused on designing and implementing strategies to prevent relapse and support long term sobriety.

Tracy Anderson - LCSW Clinical Director
Tracy received both his Bachelor’s Degree Cum Laude in Psychology and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from, the University of Utah, with an emphasis on clinical counseling. Tracy has a rich clinical background over the past 30+ years of private practice working with a wide range of clients and settings. He works compassionately to weave a fabric of mind/body skills with meditation, cognitive behavioral therapies and Jungian personal psychology to assist clients to understand and heal in their life processes. He has also worked for 30+ years in collaboration with medical professionals in the careful use of medications to stabilize and manage mental disorder such as anxiety and depression.

Debra Gibson - SUDC Owner
Debra is a graduate of the University of Utah’s drug and alcohol program, her passion for substance abuse and mental health treatment started from her own personal journey with her son’s addiction and her own trials on holding boundaries, learning how to cope with co dependence and understanding how to let go. Debra works within the community to provide education and assistance to help struggling individuals, their families and loved ones. She is dedicated to helping families and loved ones through their journey with addiction and the healing process.
Wendy Seeley - LCSW
Wendy has a 25 year career in social work that ranges from working at Utah State Prison in the first drug and alcohol program to the Special Victims Team with the District Attorney of Utah and ending as a ER trauma social worker. Specialties include: adult individual therapy for depression, anxiety and trauma related issues. In addition she has worked for years with people recovering from addictions
Timothy Grange MD -Medical Director
Dr. Grange specializes in Addiction Medicine as well as Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah where he also completed his residency. Dr. Grange has been a practicing physician for nearly 30 years. He works diligently to stay up to date on the current research and treatment options available. Dr. Grange is devoted to the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction and medically-assisted treatment options, including the use of Sublocade injections and Suboxone.
Shawna Zitzelsberger -CMHC Intern
Shawna received her Bachelors of Fine Art in Art from California State University, Fullerton and will graduate in the Spring of 2024 with her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy from Ottawa University. She has a passion for therapy, gained through working with her special needs children for many years. Shawna uses a variety of modalities to fit her client’s needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, expressive arts therapy, and trauma therapies. She is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families through their fight with substance use and mental health disorders.
Ashley Kley - SUDC
Ashley completed her Substance Use Disorder Counseling (SUDC) certification through Utah Valley University in 2024 and is currently advancing her education to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her dedication to the field stems from her own journey of long-term recovery from substance use disorder. She is an advocate of meeting people where they are at and not leaving them there. A mother of three teenage daughters and married for 16 years, Ashley balances her professional aspirations with her family life. She enjoys hiking, golfing, and fostering new connections within her community. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families recover together.
Zackery Wilkes - APRN
Zack joined Alpine Center Medical Services October of 2022. Zack is an upbeat and outgoing nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in providing quality health care. Zack received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, followed by his master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Zack is passionate about addiction treatment and recovery. He thoroughly enjoys direct interactions with patients, developing meaningful relationships, and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their treatment, working towards recovery.
Michael Christensen - MS, PA-C
Mike is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) born and raised in Utah. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, and completed his Physician Assistant medical training with the University of St. Francis. Having practiced 5 years in primary care before joining Alpine Centers full time, he approaches treatment with a holistic view, treating the whole person not just the condition. He has further training in psychiatric care and is experience in treating physical, mental, and addictive conditions. He loves working closely as part of a team to help tailor the best treatment for each individual person. When not working, Mike loves spending his free time with his awesome wife and 4 children.
